The First 90 Days: What I Do When I Join a New Brand
When I step into a new brand, I don’t waste time. The first 90 days are all about clarity, alignment, and action.
Here’s how I break it down:
Days 1-30: Audit & Listen I start by listening to the founder, the team, and the data. I want to understand what’s working, what’s missing, and what success actually looks like. I audit funnels, messaging, ad performance, backend automations — everything.
Days 31-60: Strategy & Prioritization Once I know where the holes are, I build a roadmap. Not fluff — real actions that move the needle. I outline what we’re going to fix, what we’re going to test, and what we’re going to scale.
Days 61-90: Execution & Optimization Now it’s go time. I implement the strategy, work with the team, and start building systems that scale. Whether it’s reworking the offer, restructuring ads, or training the sales team — we’re executing and optimizing in real time.
In 90 days, I aim to deliver clarity, traction, and a strategy the team can actually run with. No fluff, just focused momentum.
